Escape Hotel and Spa at Prospect Bay Barbados is now called Waves Hotel and it's a perfect choice for

to your every need. Being Bajan, they are naturally friendly and courteous. We truly
believe that you will remember their names and faces long after your stay. If you

Escape Hotel and Spa Prospect Bay Barbados by Virgin Holidays, overlooks the lovely
deep sand beach of Prospect Bay, set upon the St. James coast. The hotel enjoys
an enviable position, as no other hotels share the beach, leaving you in peace to
relax and explore.
On our beach, you will be able to lose yourself in either the sea or the sand, with
our offshore swimming deck, sun chairs, kayaks, snorkelling, sailing, beach volleyball,
windsurfing, sunset meditation, and more. Even if you would prefer to read your
book and leave the sports to the others, we know it will still be thirsty work,
so you will always be able to get a drink or two at our Rum Shack.
Our Adults Only Spa is just across the road
from the hotel and is open to all who stay at Escape, for either meals or relaxation.
It contains a well equipped Gym, Pool Room, The After Hours Bar, and our beautiful
Garden Restaurant. Our rooms all overlook the free-form swimming pool and sundeck,
which leads onto our Jumbo whirl pool, where you are free to relax, soak up the
sun and indulge your senses.
The hotel is 10 minutes north of buzzing Bridgetown, so you are never far away from
retail therapy. You can order at taxi or hop on one of the many buses, for speedy
delivery to rest of the island.
